UHS Dates, Schedules and Entry Test 2013
Pre-requisite documents for admissions in UHS 2013 which the candidates will have to submit with the application form:
- Domicile Certificate.
- Result Card or Detailed Marks Sheet of Matric and FSc Certificates (Pre-Medical Group)
- Four latest colored photographs (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm) and two colored photographs (size 2.5cm x 2.5cm).
- Equivalence certificate for the candidates having O and A-Level or 12th Grade education.
- Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran will bring certificate from his registered Madrassa.
The interested candidates should obtain application forms which are available at all medical and dental colleges like Rahim Yar Khan, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Lahore and Bahawalpur. The candidates can download admission forms from the website of the University of Health Sciences and submit it to the nearest government medical college.
