For BA/BSc Supplementary Examination 2012, the Swat University Examination Department has issued the 2012 exam date sheet in Swat. From 12th December, 2012, the exams will start.
Among the 25,000 brilliant students of the Province, the laptops will be distributed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, in the last week of December.
The announcement of the establishment of Swat University was made by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, when he visited Swat on 29th May, 2010. The Honorable Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Awais Ahmed Ghani gave the University its formal existence, with the prior approval of the President of Pakistan on July 07, 2010. The University’s first Vice Chancellor, Dr. Muhammad Farooq Khan (Shaheed) was appointed on 23rd Aug, 2010. At the location of Saidu Sharif Swat, two buildings of the University were handed by the Higher Education Department (HED).
