Cadet College Hassan Abdaal started admission process in the 1st year class. The college normally offers admission in the 8th classes but some of the students left the college due to some reasons so there are about 30 vacancies on which the college is going to offer admissions. The candidates who have completed their matric with 80% marks or more can apply for grant of admission in the FSc class and the candidates who have completed their O-level exams with 6A, can apply for grant of admission in the A-level class.
The interested and eligible candidates can obtain prospectus with admission forms and question papers of the last three years from the main office of the college for Rs.500 on any working day during office times. They can also get the admission forms through post for Rs.600 and the overseas people can obtain admission forms for Rs.1000. The last three years question papers will help the students to understand the pattern of the papers and they can also make fine and excellent preparation of the written test which will be conducted by the college.
The written test of the candidates will be conducted in the subject like English with the duration of one hour and 30 minutes, the papers of Mathematics or Biology with the duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes and the papers of Chemistry or Physics with the duration of 2 hours will be conducted on July 15, 2013. The interviews and the medical test will also be done on the same date.
The students who will be granted admissions in the college will have to deposit fee of Rs.1,41,229.00 for the expenses of tuition, electricity, medical, shoes & cloth repairing, haircutting, washing, messing and the mess services, hostel and event management. The students will also have to deposit Rs.10000 on account of building fund and education for Rs.500 at the time of admission.
