Peshawar, Khyber Medical University of Peshawar has announced the first professional MBBS result for the part I for 2012. The university has announced the result of the candidates of the university and other affiliated medical colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhaw province.

The statistics of the result shows that about 1561 candidates appeared in the exams out of which only 1101 candidates were declared successful in the exams which were total 70% of the total candidates. Ayesha Tahir of Ayub Medical College Abbottabad grabbed first position with 508 marks. Khyber Girls Medical College Hayatabad student, Marium Usman clinched second position as she secured 504 marks while Hina Bahadur Shah of Jinnah Medical College Peshawar stood third with 503 marks.
