Under the initiative of Aghaz e Haqooq Baluchistan package, Higher Education Commission Islamabad has started Indigenous scholarships for MS/MPhil leading to PhD programs for Baluchistan students.

If the candidates have domicile/local from Baluchistan province, 16 years of education or equivalent degree, minimum of 45% marks than they are eligible while those having third division, can also apply. In local Gat (General) test conducted by NTS in Pakistan, candidates must have secured at least 50 valid marks. From HEC recognized University/DAIs located in Baluchistan province, at least two certificates must have been studied in and obtained.

The required documents are attested photocopies of all educational testimonials, attested photocopy of CNIC, domicile, copy of PEC registration for engineering discipline (If applicable), copy of PMDC registration for Medical discipline (If applicable). Candidates should attach all these necessary documents with admission forms.

With assurance from their employer that if scholarship is awarded, they will be released immediately and after completion of studies, they will serve at parent department/Universities/Colleges; in-service (Govt. employees) candidates need to apply through proper channel. NOC from the organization must be provided before Oct 20, 2013, while advance copies will be accepted.

On account no. 17427900133401 at Habib Bank Limited, original deposit slip/Bank Draft/ATM Transfer Slip of Rs. 200 as application processing fee in favor of Director Finance, HEC can be deposited.
