From UBL University Campus Branch (5:00pm to 7:00pm) and UBL University Branch, Silver Jubilee Gate Booth (9:30 am to 5:00 pm), on the payment of Rs 1000, admission form with booklet can be obtained from 1st Jan to 7th Jan 2014.
7th Jan 2014 is the last date to submit duly filled form with required certificates in the same branches.
