The registration process has been started by Punjab Examination Commission from 24^th November 2014 and will remain continue till 6^th December for annual exams 2015 of 5^th and 8^th class. For these exams, private students can register their students at their nearest CTSC while respective CTSC is the place for Govt. schools to register their students.

Start of December 2014 is the time when PEC will announce the date sheet of these exams and registration before that is compulsory. After date sheet announcement, PEC will issue slips to respective districts and they’ll send them to the schools and private students willing to participate.

In 2005, Punjab Examination Commission was founded to hold the 5^th and 8^th class exams all over Punjab and at primary level, it is an authoritative body. For conduction of exams at this level, Punjab Examination Commission has achieved affiliation of eight educational boards of Punjab.
