For 10th class of various government schools, 300 students were awarded with the scholarships by the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK). On the basis of merit and poverty, each student has taken Rs. 5000 out of Rs. 1.5 million totals. BSEK chose 150 females among total students.
It was stated by Secretary Board Noor Mazhar that marks of students in 9th class and their family’s monthly income were taken in consideration before announcing the scholarships.
