KU Enhances Submission Date for MA Admission Forms

Karachi, Karachi University started admission for MA private and double MA programs for the students to submit their admission forms. Now the administration of the University enhanced the last date for the submission of admission forms for MA classes till January 28, 2013. The candidates who want to appear in the exams should deposit admission fee of rs.2500 in the bank branch at Silver Jubilee gate of the University.

The University administration has also announced that the students of Hons, Master and PharmD classes can submit the application forms for the need based scholarships till January 15, 2013.

PU Starts Registration Process MA Part1 Private 2013

The registration process for the candidates who want to appear in the MA Part I private students for the year 2013 is hereby started by the Punjab University Lahore. The registration process for MA Part I private for the year 2013 for the candidates is going to be started from January 07 to January 31, 2013. The candidates who passed their BA/BSc annual exams for the year 2012 are eligible and the students who passed BA/BSc supply exams during 2012 are not eligible to appear in the MA exams.

The candidates should apply for registration of MA classes for MA part I annual exams 2013 from January 07 to January 31, 2013 with admission fee of Rs.2200. the candidates can also submit admission forms with admission forms with late fee of Rs.500 with regular fee till February 28 and can submit admission forms with late fee of Rs.1000 till March 01, 2013.

PPSC Issues Various Posts Written Test Schedule

The complete schedule of written exams for different posts mentioned below which were advertised by Punjab Public Service Commission. The written exams of the subject posts will be taken in Multan, Rawalpindi and Lahore. The candidates should contact with the website of the commission for further information regarding roll numbers and details of the timings and the exams centers.

The commission has also made it clear that roll number slips will not be issued to the candidates on their postal address but they can note their roll numbers which is given in the website of the commission. The candidates should note the papers for which they are going to appear.

FPSC Declares Final Result of CSS Written Exams 2013

FPSC conducts the competitive exams every year for the recruitment of officers in BPS-17 in the federal government departments. FPSC announces the complete schedule of the central superior services exams and after completing the whole process announce the result of the competitive exams. Now the commission will conduct the competitive exams this year and after conducting the written exams, it will announce the result of the successful candidates.

The competitive exam is conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission in the month of February 2013 and its result will be announced immediately simultaneously. The candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for interview and psychological test.

B.Ed & Post Graduate Results AIOU

Islamabad, The result of B.Ed for the year 2012 and post graduate programs for the spring semester 2012 have been announced by the Allama Iqbal Open University.

The post graduate results for the programs including PhD in Urdu, MPhil in Physics, Economics, Urdu, Mass Communication and Food & Nutrition. The results of both categories have been uploaded on the website www.biseresult.pk and the students can visit the website for the detail of the result.

ICT Program Launch By Ministry of Science & Technology Soon

Islamabad, Chairperson Dr Musdasir Asrar, Pakistan Council for Science and Technology said the Ministry of Science and Technology is going to launch the innovative education program “Information Communication Technology” which will provide education to the people from 9 to 90 years. Science, Technology and Innovation Policy will conduct the online program which will provide education to all masses totally free of cost.

The ICT program will give education to the people through their online programs by providing them online courses and CDs.

Bahria University Students Selected in HEC Team

Rawalpindi, Higher Education Commission conducted all Pakistan Universities Shooting competition in Islamabad in which the students of various universities participated. The students of Bahria University Islamabad participated in the competition and they won medal in their categories of shooting competition.

According to the details, Bilal Ahmed won gold medal in the shooting competition in the category of Riffle/Pistol shooting 10m Air Pistol individual and team competition by beating various talented and seasoned shooters of different universities. Bilal Mansoor won two medals in the shooting competition. He won silver in free style pistol team event and won bronze medal in 50m pistol team event. Due to their extraordinary performance, both players are selected in the HEC shooting team who will participate in the 32nd National Games.

University of Sindh has won the title of Nishan-e-Quaid Trophy while they participate in the Quaid-e-Azam Qaumi Conference 2012 which was conducted in Karachi.

Matric & Inter admission fee Enhanced by BISE Rwp

Rawalpindi, Rawalpindi Board has decided to charge Rs. 300 more as admission forms processing fee from the students of matric and intermediate classes. They decided to charge more to meet the demand of the board in their expenditures. All educational boards of the province made such decision for receiving additional amount of Rs. 200 to 500 for meeting their demands of fund. Punjab government has also made it clear that they will allocate funds to the educational boards of the province so that they can cover the gap due to exemption of the fee.

AIOU Conducts Research Methodologies Workshop

Islamabad, A two day workshop on “Standardization of Research Methodology in MPhil and PhD (Islamic Studies) programs in Pakistani Universities” is going to be organized by the Faculty of Arabic & Islamic Studies in Allama Iqbal Open University. The workshop will be conducted in collaboration of HEC from January 09 to January 10, 2013.

Vice Chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University, Prof Dr Nazir Ahmed Sangi will inaugurate the workshop in which the scholars, professors, faculty members, deans and head of the departments of different universities of Pakistan are invited.

GCU Faisalabad Receives MA/MSc Admission Forms till Jan 24

Faisalabad, The admission is going to be started in the government College University Faisalabad for the annual exams of MA/MSc Part I & II. The administration of the University has issued instructions to the students of the University and other affiliated colleges and private candidates to submit their admission forms as the admission process is going to be started from January 07 till January 24, 2013 with single fee.

They also made it clear that the admission forms may also be received from January 25 to January 31 with double fee and admission forms can also be submitted from February 01 to February 06, 2013 with triple fee.
