Islamia University Bahawalpur 5th International Seerat Conference 2013

To promote the teachings of Islam, the Holy Quran and Sunnah to solve the problems which the Muslims face today and seek guidance, Islamia University Bahawalpur organizes International Seerat Conference from the last 5 consecutive years. Like previous years conferences, the University is also arranging the conference this year too on the topic of “Our Social Problems and solution of those under the light of Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH)”. The conference will be held from January 29 to 31, 2013 in which world renowned scholars and learned will attend the international conference being organized by the Islamia University Bahawalpur and present their papers and thesis.

This was disclosed by the Vice chancellor of Islamia University Bahawalpur Prof Dr Muhammad Mukhtar while discussing with the heads of departments of the university and principals of the colleges and other senior faculty members. He also said that the University has the honour to arrange the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) conference from last 5 years and promote the teaching of the Holy Quran and Sunnah to solve the problems of the Muslim Ummah. There are different scholars who will address the International Seerat-un-Nabi conference including Vice Chancellor of Sargodha University Prof Dr Muhammad Akram Ch, Prof Dr Mazhar Yaseen Siddique of Aligarh University India, Prof Dr Abdul Aziz Al-Awabi of Madina University Saudi Arabia and Hafiz Nisar-ul-Haq from USA and various other scholars coming from different countries of the world.

The specials guests, ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, Dr Abdul Aziz Bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadeer and Maktaba Dawa-tul-Irshad, Saudi Arabia, Director General Muhammad Bin Saad Al-Dosry will attend the inauguration ceremony of the International Seerat-un-Nabi Conference. Prof Dr Muhammad Saleem Tariq Khan, Dean Faculty of Islamic Learning of Islamia University Bahawalpur has been appointed as the Chairman of the Seerat Conference Organizing committee.
