DAE/DDM 2nd Annual Exams Result 2012 Announce by Punjab Technical Board

The controller of Examination of Technical board of Punjab has confirmed that the result of second annual exams of DAE/DDM for the year 2012 will be announced in the first week of March 2013. The students who are awaiting the result of 2nd annual exams of DAE/DDM are hereby instructed to visit the website www.result.pk for getting necessary information for the concerned categories which will be uploaded soon after its announcements.

SSC/Inter Annual Exams Certificates Issue by BISE Peshawar 2011

The controller of Examination of Peshawar Board has confirmed that the original certificates of Secondary School Certificate/Higher Secondary School Certificate for the annual exams of 2011 have been prepared and are ready for issue to the candidates. The board has issued directions to all principals/headmasters/headmistresses of government/private schools/colleges to authorize their representatives with their authority letters by the head of the educational institutes for the collection of original certificates of the students of their school/college from the office of the board. The board has also set up One Window Section in the board from where all the private candidates can collect their certificates.

UPS Distribute among Over 17,000 Students in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi, Punjab Government has started another unique scheme ‘Ujala Program’ in which uninterrupted power supply (UPS) will be distributed among the students which enables them to carry on their education round the clock. It is decided that the students of 9th and 10th classes of all government high schools who get more than 55% marks in their annual examinations will be given with these UPS devices.

The Chief Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif is going to distribute the UPS among more than 17,000 students of 9th and 10th classes of all government schools of Rawalpindi division in a ceremony being held at Arid Agriculture Pir Mehar Ali Shah University today. It has been learnt that there are about 5435 students of government high schools in Rawalpindi district who have been considered for award of UPS keeping in view their percentage in the annual exams. This solar energy UPS will help them to carry on their study without any interruption.

UK Study Fair 2013 Arranged in Karachi

Karachi, UK Study Fair for the year 2013 has been arranged in Sheraton Hotel Karachi on February 07, 2013. More than 30 universities of Great Britain attended this exhibition and they managed their stalls there in which they provided information to the students regarding education and admission in the universities. The main aim of this fair was to give a platform to the students living in Pakistan and provided them complete pictures of their successes and the goals which they have achieved yet.

Mrs Fiza Ahmed who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Education Fairs and Conferences attended the exhibition and she addressed with the participants of the conference. She said that in future the students will want to go abroad for higher education so this exhibition will help them to choose the university or institution which is suitable to cope with their educational demands. The students who are visiting this exhibition are welcomed and they will be replied for what are their inquiries.

Mr Charles Campbell who is the Deputy High Commissioner in Karachi also addressed with the exhibition and he insisted that the students should look into the method of education being provided in the educational institutes of the country and the members of the universities who visited your country will give you information and answers of the questions which are creeping in to your minds so that your vision will become clear. Their arguments and replies will help you to choose the right kind of institution for your study. He also said that there are about 30,000 students who are still getting education in different universities and educational institutions of Britain.

Mrs Fiza Ahmed also thanked the UK High Commissioner in Pakistan whose continuous support make it possible to conduct the educational exhibition in the country and she also thanked to the Pakistani High Commissioner in Britain, Mr Wajid Shams ul Hassan who also helped for this exhibition. She also said that next exhibition of this kind will be held during November 2013.

Preston University Won Competitions in BIZFEST 2013

Islamabad, Two competitions named ‘Business Launch Competition’ and ‘Elevator Pitch Competition’ has been arranged as ‘BIZFEST 2013’ in which various universities and educational institutes participated. The intelligent and skilled students of Preston University Islamabad won both competitions.

It is reported that Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering, Science and Technology Topi arranged these competitions which continued from January 25 to 27, 2013. The Preston University team was consisted of the members including their team leader Nabila Iqbal and members Madiha Zar and Atobatele Abiola Moshood and this team was supervised by Prof Khalid Javed Anwer.

There are some other universities and educational institutes which participated in the competitions like UOL Business School Lahore, Institute of Business Administration Karachi, Preston University Kohat, ICAS Lahore, Beacon House School System (Liberty Campus) Lahore, Government College University Lahore and Preston University Islamabad.

PU Commences B.Com. Part-I & II Annual Exams 2013

The annual exams for the year 2013 for B.Com Part I & II will be started by the Punjab University according to the schedule issued by the University. According to the schedule of the annual exams, B.Com Part I annual exams will be started from June 12, 2013 and B.Com Part II annual exams will be started from June 13, 2013.

 

The regular candidates who want to appear in the exams are advised to submit their admission forms with single fee personally in the examination department of the University till March 07, 2013 and by registered post till February 28, 2013. The regular candidates can also submit the admission forms with double fee personally in the examination department till March 14, 2013 and through registered post till March 07, 2013.

 

The private candidates who want to appear in the exams are instructed to submit their admission forms with single fee in person in the examination department of the University till March 19, 2013 and by registered post till March 11, 2013. The private candidates can also submit the admission forms with double fee in person in the examination department till April 01, 2013 and through registered post till March 25, 2013.

NTS Conducts Aptitude Test on Feb 10 for FUUAST

Karachi, National Testing Service is going to conduct the national aptitude tests of the candidates who applied for grant of admission in different disciplines like BSc in Microbiology, Geology, Biochemistry, Computer Sciences, Chemistry and Geography, MSc in Computer Science, Pharm-D and BBA in Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology Karachi.

The aptitude test of the candidates has been organized in NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi on February 10, 2013 at 10:00 am. It is further added that FUUAST started admission process for which about 2500 candidates have applied for admission in different departments which are mentioned above.

Spring Admission starts in Sarhad University for 2013

Islamabad, Spring admissions are going to start in Sarhad University in the disciplines of PMDCP, MPH, MBA, DPT, M.Ed, MSc Health & Physical Education, Psychology, DM and B.Ed for the year 2013. The candidates should submit their admission forms till February 10, 2013.

The candidates who want to apply for MPH (Master in Public Health) should be qualified with BDS, MBBS, DVM, B. Pharmacy, Pharm-D, BS Nursing, MBA in Public Health Engineering, Microbiology, Economics, Human Nutrition, Master in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and Zoology.  The candidates who want to apply for DPT (Doctor of Physiotherapy) should be qualified with FSc Pre-Medical or equivalent with at least 50% marks.

The candidates who want to get admission in PMDCP (Post Magisterial Diploma in Clinical Psychology) should have the qualification of MSc in Psychology or equivalent with 45% marks. The candidates should be graduate who want to get admission in MBA class with at least 45% marks. Diploma Programs Admission Announce by KEMU

Lahore, Admissions are announced for two years postgraduate diplomas in different programs by the King Edward Medical University. All these diplomas are also recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.

According to the details of the admissions, the admissions are announced by the KEMU in the diploma courses of Preventive Pediatrics, Clinical Neurology, Child Health, Psychiatry, Medical Radiology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Clinical Pathology, Tb & Chest Diseases, Family Medicine, Anesthesiology , Cardiology , Medical Jurisprudence, Gyne / OBS, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, Urology, Pediatric Surgery, Ear Nose And Throat, Opthalmology and Public Health & Preventive Medicine.

The candidates should submit their admission forms in the administration office of the University by hand till February 14, 2013 along with examination fee of Rs.2000 payable in the Bank of the Punjab, Bank Square branch, The Mall Lahore. The University will conduct the entry test of the candidates on February 23, 2013 and their result will be displayed on March 03, 2013. The qualified candidates will be given admission in the respective classes and their classes will be started from April 01, 2013.

Extension in Inter Form Submission Date Accorded by BISE Lahore

The annual examinations of intermediate classes are going to be started very soon for which the candidates are submitting their admission forms. The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced the last date for the submission of admission forms was February 04, 2013. A lot of students are facing problems for submitting the admission forms so the board has decided to enhance the last date for the submission of admission forms till February 11, 2013 for the convenience of the candidates.

According to the decision, now the candidates can submit their admission forms with single fee till February 11, 2013 and the dates for submission of admission forms with double and triple fee will be announced later on. When the board will announce the decision, we will communicate to the candidates. If any candidates has some complaint regarding extra fee charged by the staff while submitting the admission forms, they it should be brought in to the notice of the Chairman of Lahore board who will personally check it and take action against the responsible individuals.
