Lahore, The exams department of University of Health Sciences Lahore has declared the 1st professional MBBS annual exams result for the year 2013 for the students, who have already appeared in the annual exams of MBBS first professional for 2013. According to the details of the result of first professional annual exams for MBBS class, total 4532 students took part in the first professional MBBS annual exams in which 3825 candidates were passed and the overall percentage of the successful candidates remained 84.70 percent. Umair Farooq of Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore clinched the first position by getting the 523 marks and Saher Amjad Chodhary of FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry Lahore grabbed the second position with 520 marks. The third position was taken by Nafeesa Liaqat Ali of Nawaz Shsarif Medical College Gujrat and she got third position. In this 1st professional MBBS annual exams for 2013, total 31 medical colleges participated and most of the colleges got the percentage over 80%, which is good sign of medical education in these medical and dental colleges.
