In the Punjab University, the schedule of the submission of admission forms and fee for the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pham-D) Fourth Professional, annual exam 2012 and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pham-D) One Year Condensed/Deficit Course, annual exam 2011, has been issued by Examination Department.

With single fee, the last date of submission of admission forms is Nov 22, 2012, while with double fee the submission of admission forms can be done till 23^rd Nov, 2012. The dates for the said examination commence are 17^th Dec, 2012 and 3^rd Dec 2012 respectively.
